Clicking on the arrow-box beside your username will bring up a drop-down menu. From there you are able to access:
My Settings > Notification Options on the lefthand side menu
At the top of every thread, is a 'Follow this topic' button. Click on this button if you wish to be notified by (or not) when there are new replies.
You can also do this for each section of the forum, by clicking on 'Follow this forum'.
You can manage how you recieve your notification - by email or PM or both - by selecting Notification Options.
My Settings > 'ignore' Preferences
If you wish not to be able to view any members posts, messages or signatures, you can put them on ignore here by putting their name into the boxes and ticking ("checking") the relevant box(es).
You can also remove someone from ignore here too.
My Settings > Email & Password
Selecting this option will allow you to change your email address and password.

My Profile
Selecting this from the drop-down menu will bring up your user profile. You can thenn Edit Profile by selecting the 'Edit my Profile' in the top left corner of the page.
