This is a real pic. The swing is suspended from the pylon. I'm sure it's actually safe, but the psychological effect of telling your child to play with an electricity pylon must be devastating to the kid.

right outside your house.... that's got to be quite scary, i'd be well worried if I had a kid lol at least they're making a use out of it....
