Most adverts on the telly are really top class. Some of them are more entertaining than the programs, which is hardly surprising when you realise that some adverts are produced with larger budgets than most programs.

However, there are a few that are so awful that I cringe when they appear. I am thinking of those like the one for the Halifax. Its corrupted version of, 'We are Sailing,' has me reaching for the remote every time.

What is your nomination?

Name and shame your worst adverts, and the ones with the most nominations might even get the bullet!

The Halifax advert gets my vote by a mile! GET LOST HOWARD! mad.gif

no no no - by farrr it has to be the "dont worry dear, its just a commercial" esure advert.
Mainly because hes an annoying [enter rude, but suitable word here], aand i really didn't want to see him dressed as a fairy, but also the fact that anyone who says 'dont worry' now just cant seem to resist adding the ending... which really makes me want to find the nearest sharp object and show them exactly where to stick their commercial quotes and give them something to worry about.
my god a tv is a dangerous thing laugh.gif

OMG!! My brain had completely edited that one out! It refuses to even think about it! I must confess that's about 60 seconds of pure tv hell.

...and while we're at it, what in the heck are Destiny's Child doing in Mc Donald's commercials, surrounded by unfortunate childeren? "yes i know we don't have any money for you and your family to eat, but just pose with some millionaire pop-stars and look happy for the camera. it will sell our food, and that's all that matters".

I mean whats all that about!!
Its like our dreams will never come true! I mean my dream is to meet Tom McRae and Crowded house but is like not possible but what kind of meesage is it to send out that our dreams will never come true!
