Blues is great, but you have to be in the mood for it. Main reason i love Free, is because i play Bass, and the bass guitarist from Free, called Andy Frasier is one of my favourate bassists of all time.

Im a Bassist too but i think Funk/Prog Rock/Jazz-funk are better examples of basswork

Although Free are good.
