It is far too young to be labelled a criminal. Kids write on walls, break things, and even find it funny to show off their "bits", but this does not make them criminals, it makes them kids. It is for adults to show them the right way when this happens. They are barely out of nappies and are treated like criminals already. They don't even understand what they are doing properly. I bet he cannot even say "vandalism".
Stop trying to make children grow up to soon, have some tolerance - at least until they are of the age where they are able to digest right from wrong. What next, a 6 month old charged with breaching the peace when it cries! Ridiculous
