Anyone here a fan of cider in the summer? I much prefer it to lager - don't really drink all that much of anything else. Its perfect for pub garden etc. methinks. And yes I do find it much more refreshing than lager like this says - I think its a good one.

Love GL when I can get it, although these days I don't really drink. Hate Strongbow, its a cider for people on the dole who have nothing better to do than sit around on park benches.
First drink I ever got drunk on Old English luvly jubbly

Don't mind a bit of Magners every now and again (like tonight for example) but have until recently been off cider after consuming a ridiculous number of pints one night at a "Rock Night" and getting booted out by the bouncers and spending two days in bed with a hangover.
Anyway over that now but can't stick around - got go sign on, then meet my mates and get pissed in the park.

To be honest, I'd rather drink my own piss.

I quite like a nice cold glass of cider on a hot summers day.... I've never drank beer but I'd happily sip on a glass of cider....

Can't stand Stongbow. I work behind a bar and no matter what you've been serving that night, by the end the bar will absolutely stink of it. I'm not even that much of a fan of Magner's either. I may have a Bulmers every so often, but i tend to keep to either spirts or lagers.

Aye. Tankfully I found my tipsy spot so i haven't thrown up in a long time.
The only problem i have, is if your drinking and dirnking. But if your sat down it doesn't hit you so you don't think you that drunk. Then you stand up to go to the toilet or something and bam. It hits you like a wave.

Ahh, I'll only drink wine with a meal or if im drinking at home. It needs to be appreciated. Can't just be gulped down like Pint.

I dont gulp, I buy wine so that I can purposely drink it slowly and therefore less drunk

Ahh wasn't too far off then.
I must say i only like the dry whites myself. Can't stand red, unless its mulled. And you can only get away with that in the winter months.
